Ministério Público quer proteger os moradores

O Ministério Público quer garantir aos foliões o direito de manifestação durante o Carnaval de Rua na Vila Madalena. Ao mesmo tempo, precisa proteger os moradores para que mantenham seu conforto, sua saúde e a limpeza de suas ruas e casas.

Essa afirmação foi feita na tarde desta quinta-feira (02.02) pelo Dr.César Ricardo Martins (foto), 5º Promotor de Justiça de Habitação e Urbanismo da Capital, durante reunião para discutir as providências do poder público para os desfiles dos blocos no bairro.

Participaram do encontro representantes de moradores do bairro e da Prefeitura Regional, CET, Guarda Civil Metropolitana e Polícia Militar.

Haverá outra reunião no dia 14 deste mês, na qual o promotor espera que todos os órgãos envolvidos apresentem seus planejamentos detalhados.
