Um logotipo para a Vila

Criado pelo designer Pedro Campos, o Projeto Identidade São Paulo produziu um logotipo para cada bairro, jardim ou vila da cidade da São Paulo – entre os quais, a Vila Madalena.

 

 

 

 

 

Segundo o idealizador do projeto, cada logo possui a alma do bairro, com as suas características mais marcantes.

“No caso da Vila Madalena”, diz ele, “homenageamos a boemia do bairro com um brinde de canecas de chope, sendo que sua diversidade cultural é representada num aglomerado de ícones”.

Cada um dos ícones, explica Pedro Campos, indica o que há de melhor na região, “como por exemplo, as notas musicais homenageando a cena musical, um mosaico e o grafite, a figura de um palhaço para o circo, uma caneta e um óculos homenageando os muitos jornalistas que moram e frequentam o bairro”.

Não concordo com um logotipo da Vila Madalena que tem dois copos de chopp. Não quero a identidade do meu bairro ligada a esses bares barulhentos e baderneiros, que transformaram a vila numa boate a céu aberto. Os bares da Vila Madalena são 1% do comércio local. Por que a bebida ser a identidade do bairro? Ponham um violão no logotipo, em vez de dois copos de cerveja.
